Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms informally. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of written notice.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as provided herein. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Volkano Labs concerning the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site.
